What is the typical processing time?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, the carrier used by the licensed retailer, and external shipping conditions.
How does shipping work in Europe?
All EU orders are handled by our logistics partner BeMakers and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your country.
How do I cancel or return my EU order?
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days. Email support@bemakers.com with your order number.
Returns are accepted for unopened, sealed items in original condition.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Contact support@bemakers.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
